spinph6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your spinph6 account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination, any balance remaining in your spinph6 account (after deduction of any amounts owed to spinph6) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable verification procedures.
You may close your spinph6 account at any time by contacting spinph6 customer support. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
